Discussion of issues related to IBISCHK parser development financing going forward.
- Proposals from Mike:
  - Charge for the 5.1 parser.
  - Pay for the 6.0 parser with a commission scheme.

We discussed tschk2 (details not recorded).

Mike: IBISCHK5 should load AMI DLLs and test for presence of the functions.
